I can't help but wonder how newcomers discover this site. While Newgrounds is certainly thriving today, it's not as ubiquitous as it was almost 13 years ago, when I first came across this site.

If you have any dumb questions you can always make a thread about it in this forum. There's always somebody there willing to explain site functions like B/P points, the scouting system, user settings, and etc.
